Plans and Billing: Solo, Team and Business Packages
MyInboxify has three packages — Solo, Team and Business. They differ in the number of agents, the WhatsApp reply limit and the set of features. This article is about plans and billing: how the packages differ, how to start with the 14-day free trial, how to pay via Stripe and how to manage your subscription. All of this is available to the company Owner in the Billing section.
Exact prices are always shown on the plan page (the currency depends on your region). We deliberately don’t state the amounts in this article: the current price is on the plan page, along with the full list of features on each package card.
How the packages differ
The main differences are how many agents you can add and how many WhatsApp replies are included per month. The full list of each package’s features is shown on its card in the Billing section.
| Package | Agents | WhatsApp replies per month | Who it’s for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | 1 agent | Getting started, a solo entrepreneur or a small flow of leads | |
| Team | up to 5 agents | A growing team: work on leads together in one inbox | |
| Business | unlimited agents | A large sales or support department, maximum features |
💡 The plan’s agent limit is the number of employees you can add in the Agents section. If you run out of seats, upgrade to a higher package. Learn more in the article on managing agents.
14 days free
You can start without paying: every new account gets 14 days free. This is a free trial period, not a free plan — all the features of the chosen package are available right away, and your card is not charged during the trial. After 14 days the subscription renews and is charged automatically unless you cancel it.
How to pay
- Open the Billing section in the left menu (available to the Owner).
- Choose a package — Solo, Team or Business — and click Choose plan.
- The monthly / yearly toggle sets the billing period. The yearly option is cheaper.
- You’ll be taken to Stripe Checkout — a secure payment form. Enter your card details. If you have a promo code, apply it in the same form.
- Confirm the payment. During the trial your card is saved but not charged — the charge will only go through at the end of the 14 days unless you cancel the subscription.
The Billing page always shows your current plan, the subscription status (trial, active, overdue or cancelled) and the key dates: until when the trial runs, until when it’s paid and when the next charge is due.
How to manage your subscription
The Manage subscription button opens the Stripe Customer Portal. There you can update your card, cancel the subscription and download PDF receipts. Card details are stored with Stripe, not in MyInboxify — that’s more secure.
⚠️ Cancelling in the Customer Portal stops future charges. Access usually stays until the end of the period you’ve already paid for — after that the subscription does not renew.
Changing your plan
You can change your plan at any time in the Billing section. Choose the period — monthly or yearly (yearly is cheaper). An upgrade (moving to a higher package) takes effect immediately. A downgrade (moving to a lower package) takes effect at the end of the paid period. A scheduled plan change can be cancelled before it takes effect.
FAQ
Is there a free plan?
There’s no permanent free plan, but there are 14 days free — a full trial period with access to all the features of the chosen package. Your card is not charged during the trial.
Will I be charged during the trial period?
No. When you choose a plan, your card is saved in Stripe but not charged during the trial. The first charge goes through at the end of the 14 days — unless you cancel the subscription before then in Manage subscription.
Where do I get a payment receipt?
Click Manage subscription and, in the Stripe Customer Portal, download the receipt (invoice) as a PDF. Your payment history is there too.
